Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every piece we sell is genuine and sourced directly from our partner brands, complete with full manufacturer warranties.
Can I view products in person before purchasing?
We operate online only at this stage. To help you decide, we provide detailed product information, imagery, and support from our design team. To arrange an appointment to view a product of interest at our studio warehouse at 32 / 1 Kingston Rd Heatherton VIC 3202 please contact our team to happily assist.
Do you offer trade or commercial pricing?
Yes. We work closely with architects, designers, and commercial clients. Our trade program provides exclusive pricing and project support.
How long does delivery take?
If an item is in stock, delivery is fast and free. Made-to-order or pre-order items may take longer. We confirm lead times on product pages.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted for change of mind on eligible items in original condition and packaging within our free return period of 10 days. Made-to-order pieces are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’ll take care of it. All products are covered by warranty, and our team will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as needed.
