Click & Collect

If you have selected our Click & Collect method, please kindly note our collection times are Monday to Friday between 10:00am - 3:00pm. If you wish to collect your item/s outside these times, please contact our team via email info@agosandco.com.au to arrange an alternate day/time.

Free Shipping

Shipping | Western Australia & Northern Territory

We do NOT currently provide Free Shipping to Western Australia and Northern Territory. To obtain a delivery quote, please contact us at info@agosandco.com.au or alternatively call us 03 8905 4914.

Interstate Shipping is calculated using the size & weight of the item/s to be shipped. 

In very exceptional cases where a delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, regional deliveries etc), we reserve the right to cancel an order. Please contact us first if you would like to check if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.

We currently do NOT ship furniture to Australia’s regional areas.

Regional Shipping is calculated using the size & weight of the item/s to be shipped.

Our shipping partners are currently experiencing higher volumes of freight coming into their depots nationally and are doing their best to meet estimated dates. Shipping | PO Boxes

Strictly no deliveries to PO Boxes. Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items, because our delivery partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture or homewares.


Shipping | International

We currently do NOT ship furniture internationally.

International Shipping is calculated using the size & weight of the item/s to be shipped. For all enquiries for international shipping details please send enquiries to info@agosandco.com.au. 

 

Shipping Damages

Upon arrival of your package, please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself. It is important that you notify us of any damage due to transit as soon as possible after receipt of the item (e.g. within 48 hours), as any damage to the item after delivery will be not be covered and may complicate your claim for ‘in-transit damage.’ 

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of dispatch from agos -co, please advise us so we can look into the issue info@agosandco.com.au.
