Shipping | PO Boxes
Strictly no deliveries to PO Boxes. Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items, because our delivery partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture or homewares.

Shipping Damages
Upon arrival of your package, please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself. It is important that you notify us of any damage due to transit as soon as possible after receipt of the item (e.g. within 48 hours), as any damage to the item after delivery will be not be covered and may complicate your claim for ‘in-transit damage.’
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of dispatch from agos -co, please advise us so we can look into the issue info@agosandco.com.au.

Refund policy
At agos-co we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We therefore recommend you read our Returns and Refund Policy prior to making a purchase from agos-co, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, and returns, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that our shipping partners deliver to you within 48 hours of receiving them to ensure there is no fault or defect in the product. Anything outside of these 48-hour window may complicate your claim.
On the rare occasion that a product is faulty, defected or damaged please take a photo and send through to Customer Care at info@agosandco.com.au stating your Order Number and a detailed description.

Change of Mind
Our products are available for your viewing at our Heatherton VIC 3202 warehouse (by appointment only) to assist in your purchasing decision prior to purchasing online.
We are sure you will love our products, however should our products not suit your space, we offer 10 days hassle free returns in the following steps (T&Cs Apply).
Please kindly note, all packaging, products, manuals, and tools etc must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Therefore, we strongly recommend to not throw out any packaging upon receiving the goods as this would automatically void a Change of Mind return and complicate your claim.
1 . Request a Change of Mind Return
Email us at info@agosandco.com.au, stating your Order Number, Name, Reason for Change of Mind, and photos of the items and packaging received to assist our team as a first step of your Change of Mind claim.
2 . Collection
If a Change of Mind request has been approved, our team will send you a shipping label to clearly display on the carton. Please ensure the product you wish to return is disassembled and is re-packaged in its original packaging. We will notify you of a collection date and either our delivery partner or agos-co driver will be in touch.
3 . Receive & Refund
Upon receiving your returned product into our warehouse, we will inspect the product and packaging to ensure we are fully satisfied with the condition. We will then process the refund or credit note within 3 - 5 business days. Please kindly note, funds could take longer to clear dependant on merchant.
At agos-co, we reserve the right to cancel or disapprove of any return claims if we do not see it fit within our standards.
If packaging is damaged or thrown out, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.
The shipping fee paid for the initial order delivery is non refundable. However, the return shipping is on us in Metro Melbourne (VIC) only.

If a product was purchased under a promotion, or on sale, Change of Mind cannot be applied.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if you have notified us within the 48 hours of receiving the goods. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@agosandco.com.au.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within the first 48 hours of receiving them. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
On the rare occasion that a product is damaged during transit, please take a photo and send through to Customer Care at info@agosandco.com.au stating your Order Number and a detailed description.
Colours
Please note colours of products may vary from what is displayed on your monitor, as some images are renders of the product. If you have any queries regarding colours, please send enquiries to info@agosandco.com.au or alternatively our Live Chat.
Warranty
All furniture items that are qualified for a Manufacturer’s Warranty, please see in the Warranty section of each product page.
For Furniture products that are eligible for a Manufacturer’s Warranty a 1-2 year Warranty applies, unless stated otherwise.
For Occasional Chairs and Armchairs that qualify for a Manufacturer’s Warranty, there is a 1-year Warranty on fabric and a 2-year Warranty on the frame, unless stated otherwise.
