Apartamento Byron Bay sees the restoration and transformation of a distinguishing former 1970s charming boat building warehouse through a minimalistic and designer aesthetic lens. With a large floorplan and blank canvas, both Lara and Matt reimagined the interior and made it their label's headquarters, warehouse, and boutique accommodation. Lara explains, "Apartamento had to be more than just a beautiful photo. It had to feel as good as it looks." It highlights an aspect of slow living yielded by serenity, minimalism, and grace similar to their brand ethos.

Apartamento, which positions itself above the brand's retail store, office space, and warehouse features two sanctuary-like bedrooms, a well-equipped designer kitchen stocked with local goodies and handmade pottery, a tranquil bathroom, and living room perfect for unwinding and going with the slow. All of this paired back with neutral tones, curated furnishings and exquisite textures. Apartamento distinguishes itself by creating flowing design elements that feature throughout the entire headquarters and illustrate the uniqueness of St. Agni's aesthetic.
