Your well-being and safety is a priority; therefore, our delivery partners are closely following local health guidelines provided by the Australian Government. Please allow for any delays as extra precautions are taking place.
Our delivery partners will be temporarily altering their processes surrounding the collection of proof of deliveries. Therefore, parcels will no longer require a signature upon delivery. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by leaving the parcel at the door. Drivers will maintain social distancing and wait for someone to address the driver. Customers will provide their names to be entered into the PDA as a proof of delivery (POD). This may differ between our delivery partners.
